Great care is taken to ensure your artwork reaches you safely. Where applicable, delivery charges have been added to the product price and are clearly outlined in the product description. Should you buy from us in person at one of the events we attend, delivery charges will not apply. All items will be sent by second class Royal Mail except vouchers of £50 and over which will be send special delivery. Please allow 14 days for delivery or prints and gifts. For bespoke work a delivery timescale will be discussed and agreed prior to any work commencing.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as full payment is received.
Workshop places will be confirmed as soon as full payment is received.
For pen and ink commissions, a non-refundable deposit is requested before work begins. The balance is payable once the drawing is completed and the customer is happy with the result.

Prices start from around £250 but will vary according to the size and complexity of the piece. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas and receive a quote with no obligation. Prices are based on adequate photographs being supplied. If this is not possible, Naomi can take photographs to draw from at an additional cost.

Gift vouchers are available in a range of denominations. If the denomination you want is not listed, please contact us. Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of any product from English Rose Artwork. Vouchers have no cash value and are not transferrable. Vouchers will expire one year from the date of purchase. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please inform us as soon as possible.
Provided your order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be given and your order cancelled. If the item has been dispatched, if you are not completely satisfied once it arrives you can return it safely wrapped and undamaged within seven days for a full refund of the purchase price. Postage costs will not be refunded. If items are damaged or received after seven days, refunds will not be given.
A refund will only be given if a bespoke piece has not been commenced. Deposits are non-refundable.
A full refund will only be given if the voucher has not been addressed and posted. Once a voucher has been sent, a refund cannot be given.
- If you cancel your place more than two weeks before the event, the full fee will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than two weeks but more than one week before the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than a week before the event, 0% of the fee will be refunded.
- If the event is cancelled by us, we will offer you a place on another workshop or a full refund.
